Andrew Kamienski

The North Central Cardinals, the defending Division III champions, has four selections to lead the 2020 College Football America Yearbook’s NCAA Division III Preseason Starting Lineup, CFA’s version of an All-America team.

The Cardinals went 14-1 en route to their first national title, as they defeated UW-Whitewater, 41-14. The Cardinals welcome back their four Starting Lineup selections — running back Ethan Greenfield, wide receiver Andrew Kamienski, offensive lineman Sharmore Clarke and defensive back Jake Beesley.

UW-Whitewater, which fell to North Central in that title game, has two Starting Lineup selections — offensive lineman Quinn Meinerz and defensive lineman Mackenzie Balanganayi.

Three other programs landed at least two players each on the Starting Lineup:

  • Mary Hardin-Baylor (4): OL Steven Sellers, OL DoRion Dreighton, DB Jefferson Fritz, PK Anthony Avila.
  • Saint John’s (2): WR Ravi Alston, DL Danny Pietruszewski
  • Hobart (2): LB Emmett Forde, KR Rayshawn Boswell

Eighteen programs, in all, had at least one selection to the team. Clarke, Fritz and Delaware Valley DL Michael Nobile were on the College Football America Yearbook 2019 preseason Starting Lineup.

The Division III section of the College Football America 2020 Yearbook features 36 pages of content including:

  • National Division III preview;
  • Division III preseason Starting Lineup;
  • Update on each Division III conference;
  • Capsules for every Division III team, including 2019 results and 2020 schedules;
  • Fourteen color action, coach and stadium photos.

The College Football America 2020 Yearbook features more than 930 college football teams from the United States and Canada in more than 250 striking, full-color pages. It also includes updates on club football, one-year postgraduate prep/sports academies and Mexican college football, along with dozens of action shots and stadium photos taken by the CFA staff.

  1. Nothing from Wheaton (IL)? Returning numerous all-conference, all-region, and all-American selections including the D3 Football Defensive POTY.
