Sam Houston State is No. 1 in College Football America Yearbook 2021 Preseason FCS Top 30

Defending FCS national champion Sam Houston State is No. 1 in the College Football America Yearbook 2021 Preseason FCS Top 30.

The Bearkats are coming off an undefeated season in which they won their first FCS national championship, defeating South Dakota State, 23-21.

South Dakota State is No. 2, followed by North Dakota State at No. 3, James Madison at No. 4 and Southern Illinois at No. 5.

The Delaware Blue Hens are No. 6, followed by Montana at No. 7, Eastern Washington at No. 8, North Dakota at No. 9 and Southeastern Louisiana at No. 10.

The FCS section of the College Football America 2021 Yearbook features 28 pages of content including:

• National FCS preview;
• FCS preseason Starting Lineup;
• Preview of each FCS conference;
• Capsules for every FCS team, including 2020 results and 2021 schedules;
