Texas A&M-Commerce’s Dominique Ramsey is on the College Football America Yearbook 2021 Division II Section Cover

Texas A&M-Commerce DB Dominique Ramsey, who is a two-time All-American, is the NCAA Division II cover selection for the College Football America 2021 Yearbook, out now.

The College Football America 2021 Yearbook features Iowa State QB Brock Purdy on its cover, but Ramsey’s photo, on page 143 of the Yearbook, kicks off the Division II preview section. The photo was taken during the 2019 season. The Lions did not play in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Ramsey has played three full seasons for the Lions (2017-19) and earned a national championship ring with the Lions in 2017 as a redshirt freshman. In 2018, he was an Associated Press First Team All-American as an All-Purpose player after leading the Lone Star Conference in punt return average, punt return yards and punt return touchdowns.

In 2019, he earned a second Associated Press First Team All-America selection as an All-Purpose player. He had 39 tackles as a defensive back, along with three interceptions. He also returned one kickoff for a touchdown, and one punt for a touchdown. He averaged 32.4 yards per kick return, which led the LSC and was 6th in the nation, and 12.6 yards per punt return

The Division II section of the College Football America 2021 Yearbook features 25 pages of content including:
