Kutztown Golden Bears Featured Prominently in 2021 College Football America Yearbook

The Kutztown Golden Bears are No. 10 in the 2021 College Football America Yearbook’s Division II Preseason Top 30.

The Golden Bears, like the majority of the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference, did not play in 2020 due to COVID-19.

In 2019, the Golden Bears went 11-2 overall and 7-0 in PSAC action. The Golden Bears lost to Slippery Rock, 37-35, in the PSAC Championship game. From there, Kutztown earned a berth in the Division II playoffs, starting with a 33-31 first-round win over Tiffin. The next week, the Golden Bears fell to Notre Dame (OH), 20-17.

The Golden Bears open the season on Sept. 4 at home against Assumption. After PSAC crossover games with Indiana (PA) and Seton Hill, the Golden Bears open PSAC league play against East Stroudsburg on Oct. 2.

The Division II section of the College Football America 2021 Yearbook features 25 pages of content including:
