Reinhardt Eagles Featured in the 2021 College Football America Yearbook

Reinhardt defensive lineman Teon Burroughs is part of the 2021 College Football America Yearbook’s NAIA Preseason Starting Lineup, the book’s version of a preseason All-America team.

Just as importantly, the Eagles are No. 9 in the 2021 College Football America Yearbook’s NAIA Preseason Top 30. The Eagles are one of the highest-ranked Mid-South Conference programs in the CFA preseason Top 30.

Burroughs, a senior from Folkston, Georgia, returns after the Eagles went 9-1 overall and 6-0 in Mid-South play in the Appalachian Division. The Eagles played all of their regular-season games in the spring, and then fell in the second round of the playoffs to another Mid-South Conference team, Keiser.

Burroughs was named an NAIA First-Team All-American for the 2020 season.

The Eagles open the 2021 football season at Kennesaw State on Sept. 2. The Eagles open the home portion of their schedule against Warner on Sept. 11.
