The second field goal, kicked with 7:35 left, was the game winner.
Gomes tied a UC Davis single-game record with four field goals.
UC Davis quarterback Hunter Rodrigues set career highs for passing attempts (35), completions (28) and yards (311). But wide receiver Jared Harrell had the big night, as he caught eight passes for a career-best 136 yards.
Rodrigues and Gomes earned Big Sky Offensive and Special Teams Player of the Week honors, respectively. Both shared the honors with other players.
