CFA Photo Gallery: Army vs. Missouri

The Lockheed Martin Armed Forces Bowl pitted Army West Point against Missouri at Amon G. Carter Stadium in Fort Worth, Texas, giving both teams an opportunity to close out the 2021 season with a win.

Our College Football America Yearbookstaff member Matthew Postins was at the game and shot our gallery. Army won the game, defeating Missouri, 24-22.

Postins’ photo gallery is on our Facebook page and photos of the game could end up in the 2022 edition of the Yearbook. The photos may also be used by the American Football Coaches Association for its web site, social media and publications.

Army won the game as the final seconds ticked off the clock with a 41-yard field goal by Cole Talley.

Army quarterback Christian Anderson threw for 60 yards on 3-of-4 passing while rushing for another 41 yards and a touchdown. Jakobi Buchanan led the Black Knights with 68 rushing yards, along with a touchdown, while Tyson Riley added 34 yards. Isaiah Alston had three receptions for 30 yards. Marquel Broughton led Army with eight tackles.

Missouri’s Brady Cook threw for 238 yards and a touchdown, with Keke Chism catching the touchdown pass. Chism had five receptions for a team-leading 64 yards, while Barre Banister had six receptions for 53 yards. Elijah Young rushed for a team-leading 75 yards. Dawson Downing had 69 yards rushing and Cook added 53 yards rusing, along with a touchdown run. Blaze Alldredge led Missouri with 14 tackles.
