Defending FCS national champion North Dakota State is No. 1 in the College Football America Yearbook 2022 Preseason FCS Top 30.
The Bison are coming off a 14-1 season in which they won their ninth FCS national championship in 11 seasons, defeating Montana State, 38-10.
The rest of the Top 10 includes South Dakota State at No. 2, Montana State at No. 3, Montana at No. 4, Sam Houston at No. 5, Missouri State at No. 6, Kennesaw State at No. 7, Villanova at No. 8, East Tennessee State at No. 9 and Southern Illinois at No. 10
The FCS section of the 2022 College Football America Yearbook features 29 pages of content including:
