Hardin-Simmons offensive lineman Boomer Warren is part of the 2022 College Football America Yearbook’s Division III Preseason Starting Lineup, the book’s version of a preseason All-America team.
The Cowboys are No. 10 in the 2022 College Football America Yearbook’s Division III Preseason Top 30.
The Cowboys are coming off a 9-1 season in which it finished 8-1 in the American Southwest Conference but failed to advance to the playoffs.
Warren was named an All-American for the second straight season. He was selected a First-Team All-American by the American Football Coaches Association.
Hardin-Simmons opens the 2022 season at Wayland Baptist on Sept. 3. Then, the Cowboys take a week off before hosting UW-Platteville on Sept. 17. Hardin-Simmons then takes on defending national champion Mary Hardin-Baylor in the ASC opener on Sept. 24.
