Notre Dame (OH) defensive back Antoine Holloway II is on the 2022 College Football America Yearbook’s Division II Preseason Starting Lineup, the book’s version of a preseason All-America team.
The Falcons are also No. 9 in the 2022 Division II Preseason Top 30.
The Falcons went 11-2 overall in 2021, with a 9-1 Mountain East Conference record. In the postseason, the Falcons defeated Slippery Rock, 33-25, before losing to Shepherd, 38-34, in the second round.
In 2019, the Falcons reached the national quarterfinals before losing to Slippery Rock.
Holloway was named a Second-Team All-American by the Conference Commissioners Association last season.
The Falcons open the season on Sept. 1 at Ashland, followed by the opening of MEC play at home against Wheeling on Sept. 10.
