The Oklahoma State Cowboys are the FBS preseason No. 10 team in the 2022 College Football America Yearbook.
The College Football America Yearbook Top 30 is part of the Top 131, which ranks every team in FBS. The Cowboys are coming off a 12-2 season in which it lost to the Baylor Bears in the Big 12 Championship Game, 21-16, but rebounded to beat Notre Dame in the Fiesta Bowl, 37-35.
The Dream Team is the Yearbook’s All-America Team. Put together like an 85-player FBS roster, one Cowboy made the team — defensive end Collin Oliver, who made the second string (second team).
Several Cowboys made the Big 12 Starting Lineup. That includes Oliver, quarterback Spencer Sanders, punter Tom Hutton and kick returner Brennan Presley.
The 2022 College Football America Yearbook features eight pages of Big 12 content and rankings, including an overall preview of the conference race, a spotlight piece on a stadium, the Big 12 Starting Lineup, all team schedules and a half-page devoted to each program with stadium photos.
The 2022 College Football America Yearbook features more than 900 college football teams from the United States and Canada in more than 250 striking, full-color pages. That includes every team from the NCAA (FBS, FCS, Division II and Division III), NAIA, NJCAA, CCCAA and U Sports (Canada). It also includes updates on club football, one-year postgraduate prep/sports academies and Mexican college football, along with dozens of action shots and stadium photos taken by the CFA staff.
