Southwestern Moundbuilders Featured in 2022 College Football America Yearbook

The Southwestern (KS) Moundbuilders are part of the 2022 College Football America Yearbook, which is out now.

The Moundbuilders are No. 10 in the 2022 College Football America Yearbook’s NAIA Preseason Top 30. The Moundbuilders are coming off a 2021 in which they reached the NAIA playoffs but lost in the first round to Marian.

The Moundbuilders went 9-2 overall, with a 9-1 record in the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference. Southwestern, Kansas Wesleyan and Bethel (KS) shared the top spot in the league standings. Kansas Wesleyan was the KCAC’s other playoff participant.

The Moundbuilders open the 2022 football season at Ottawa (KS) on Sept. 3 in a KCAC opener for both teams. After that, they host Bethay (KS) on Sept. 10 to open the home portion of their schedule.

The NAIA section of the 2022 College Football America Yearbook features 16 pages of content including:

  • National NAIA preview and Preseason Top 30;
  • NAIA preseason Starting Lineup;
  • Update on each NAIA conference;
  • Capsules for every NAIA team, including 2021 results and 2022 schedules;
  • More than a half-dozen color action, coach and stadium photos.

The 2022 College Football America Yearbookfeatures more than 900 college football teams from the United States and Canada in more than 250 striking, full-color pages. That includes every team from the NCAA (FBS, FCS, Division II and Division III), NAIA, NJCAA, CCCAA and U Sports (Canada).
