Alabama, Georgia and LSU are the front-runners in the 2022 College Football America Yearbook Preseason SEC Rankings.
The SEC rankings are based off the College Football America Yearbook’s overall Top 131 rankings, which ranks every team in FBS entering the season.
Alabama is also the No. 1 overall team in the Top 131 rankings and returns, among others, defending Heisman Trophy winner and quarterback Bryce Young.
Georgia is No. 2 overall and is the defending national champion. Even with losing more than a dozen players to the NFL, the Bulldogs have more than enough returning talent to defend their title.
LSU is the only other SEC team in the overall Top 10 and have a new head coach in former Notre Dame boss Brian Kelly.
The 2022 College Football America Yearbook features nine pages of SEC content, including an overall preview of the conference race, a spotlight piece on a stadium, the Pac-12 Starting Lineup, all team schedules and a half-page devoted to each program.
The 2022 College Football America Yearbook features more than 900 college football teams from the United States and Canada in more than 250 striking, full-color pages. That includes every team from the NCAA (FBS, FCS, Division II and Division III), NAIA, NJCAA, CCCAA and U Sports (Canada). It also includes dozens of action shots and stadium photos taken by the CFA staff.
The print edition is available online via Amazon.com and other major retailers such as Barnes & Noble and Books-A-Million.
