North Dakota State, the defending national champions, are No. 1 in the Stats Perform FCS Preseason Top 25, released on Monday.
The Bison are coming off winning their ninth FCS championship in 11 years and return a bevy of starters from last year’s team.
Among those returning players are Michael Tutsie, who was on the 2022 College Football America Yearbook Preseason FCS Starting Lineup. The Bison were also No. 1 in the College Football America Yearbook Preseason Top 30.
The FCS section of the 2022 College Football America Yearbook features 30 pages of content including:
