Georgia Moves To No. 1 in AP Top 25

Georgia Bulldogs

Georgia moved into the No. 1 spot in the AP Top 25 on Sept. 11, one spot ahead of Alabama, which dropped from No. 1 despite a victory over the Texas Longhorns on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Texas, which was not in the AP Top 25 last week, jumped into the AP Top 25 at No. 21.

In other reshuffling:

Baylor took an eight-spot drop after its double-overtime loss to BYU;

Texas A&M fell 18 spots, and nearly out of the entire Top 25, after Appalachian State upset the Aggies in College Station.

The 2022 College Football America Yearbook features more than 900 college football teams from the United States and Canada in more than 250 striking, full-color pages.
