Mary Hardin-Baylor vs. Muhlenberg

The Mary Hardin-Baylor Crusaders hosted the Muhlenberg Mules on Sept. 3, the third game of the 2022 season for the College Football America Yearbook Staff.

The Yearbook is available at Amazon and at Barnes and Noble. It features every team in college football, including the Blazers and the Bulldogs.

Chuck Cox of the College Football America Yearbook staff covered the game. His photo gallery is on our Facebook page and photos of the game could end up in the 2023 edition of the Yearbook.

UMHB plays in Crusader Stadium in Belton, Texas, one of the best venues in Division III football. The stadium could be used by larger schools, and the previous week it served as the host of a neutral site game between Texas high school football powers Denton Ryan and New Braunfels.

Muhlenberg has been one of the top teams in Division III the past several seasons and entered the game as the No. 5 team in the country. UHMB was No. 1.

Also in attendance was Frank Rossi, one of the hosts of the In The (D3FB) Huddle podcast.

The College Football America 2022 Yearbook features more than 900 college football teams from the United States and Canada in more than 250 striking, full-color pages. That includes every team from the NCAA (FBS, FCS, Division II and Division III), NAIA, NJCAA, CCCAA and U Sports (Canada). It also includes updates on club football, one-year postgraduate prep/sports academies and Mexican college football, along with dozens of action shots and stadium photos taken by the CFA staff.

You can get a copy at Amazon or Barnes and Noble today.

Matthew Postins is the editor-in-chief of the College Football America Yearbook.
